How do I place an order?

First you need to look for an Gig that meets your requirements. If you have any doubts about the deliverables, clear them out by sending your query to the seller. Once you are sure place the order by clicking 'Order Now' link or button. This will take you to the payment page where you can quickly make the payment for the gig. You are done.. well almost, In the order tracking page you also need to provide the information (if any) that seller requires for commencing his work. All the steps after clicking the 'Order Now' button are automated, you just need to follow the instrucitons on the pages. You can refer to how it works page to understand the buying process.

How do I make the payment?

There are many ways a user can pay for an order. Online Payment: This is the most convenient way to make a payment for an order. You can use credit cards, debit cards, cash cards or netbanking for the making online payment. Adding funds offline: You can either send a banker's check/DD or make an online transfer to our bank account to credit funds to your account. Details for these are available on the add funds page. Credits: You can use the funds you earned by selling your gigs to pay for an order. Funds credited back due to cancelation of an order are also available for purchasing other gigs.

Can I cancel the order after placing it?

This depends on the time elapsed and the state order is in when you decide to cancel. If the order is still awaiting information from you then you can immediately cancel it using the cancel link on the order tracking page. Beyond that it is possible that the seller has already invested time and money on processing your order so he might not like to cancel the order. In any case, to cancel an order you need to make a cancelation request stating the reason for cancelation to the seller through the order tracking page that you can access from my purchases page. The seller will either reject or accept based on his state. If the seller does not respond the order will automatically get canceled after 2 days. You can also contact customer support from the order tracking page.

What if the seller doesn't deliver the work?

If the seller doesn't deliver the work within deadline then you have the right to ask for a cancelation. You can do that from the order tracking page. If the seller rejects your request without giving you a satisfactory explanation or if you are sure you want to cancel then you can contact support from the order tracking page itself. Order tracking page can be accessed by clicking on the order number on my purchases page.

What if I don't like the work delivered by the seller?

If the delivered work doesn't meet the set expectations or if it is different from what you ordered then you can reject the delivered work stating the reason. The seller will then have an option to redo the order or cancel it issuing you a full refund.

How do I get refunds?

Refunds are done in the form of credits. For example, if you paid for an order and that order gets canceled for any reason then we will credit your account with Rs.199. You can use these credits to pay for another order.

Who owns the rights to the work delivered by the seller?

As mentioned in our terms, all the rights to the delivered work unless explicitly stated otherwise in the gig description are owned by with buyer.

What and how can I sell my services on 199inr?

Any service which is legal, socially acceptable and useful can be offered on 199inr. You offer your service by creating gigs on 199inr. You can refer to how it works page to understand the complete selling process.

Why did my gig got rejected?

An gig can get rejected if it offers a service that is not appropriate for 199inr or if it offers very less value to the buyer. An gig can also get rejected if it does not provide crisp details of what it offers or has very little information available. In such cases sellers can resubmit the gig after editing the gig details.

How much do I get paid for delivering an order?

All gigs on 199inr have a fixed price of 199. Buyer pays this price while placing the order. Once you deliver the order we credit 170 to your account as your fees. We keep 29 towards payment processing charges and our fees.

What if the buyer doesn't get satisfied with the delivery?

Usually buyer will reject your work stating the improvements he wants in the delivered order. As long as the changes requested are not unreasonbale you should try to fulfil them. You can contact customer support if you believe that the buyer is asking too much or more than what was advertised in the gig.

How and when do I get paid?

Payouts happen at the end of the month. All the sellers whose outstanding amount is more than 750 get paid. For the payout to happen you need to select a payout method. You can choose to get paid either by bankers cheque or bank transfer. Bank transfer is free while cheque payment attracts 20 fees.
